For those who have lost teeth, there are a few choices. One of them is the implant. An implant is a permanent fixture that is surgically placed into your jaw, and then, in our case, topped with a crown. It's a permanent solution to lost teeth vs. dentures, which are removable.

An oral surgeon would add the implant or multiple implants to your mouth. Care is taken to make sure that the implants integrate with your body. Once healed, we then add the crowns, which are the visible "teeth". While regular crowns are guaranteed to last for five years, implants will last a lifetime!
